Return & Exchange Policy

At Redgem, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in offering high-quality gemstone jewelry, and we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, certificates (if any), and packaging intact.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@redgemindia.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will confirm your request and share return instructions.

  3. Ship the item to the address provided using a reliable, trackable courier service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.



Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after item inspection.



    Return Shipping Charges

    • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item sent: We will bear the return shipping cost.

    • If returned for any other reason: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.


      Damaged or Defective Items

      Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective piece, notify us within 48 hours at support@redgemindia.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


      Exchange Policy

      • Exchanges are allowed for the same or higher value items.

      • Subject to product availability and inspection of the returned item.


        Important Notes

        • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

        • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions above.
