Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags, certificates (if any), and packaging intact.
Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@redgemindia.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will confirm your request and share return instructions.
Ship the item to the address provided using a reliable, trackable courier service.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after item inspection.
Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item sent: We will bear the return shipping cost.
If returned for any other reason: The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective piece, notify us within 48 hours at support@redgemindia.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for the same or higher value items.
Subject to product availability and inspection of the returned item.
